I grew up hiking the forests and chasing waterfalls throughout the Columbia River Gorge and Mount Hood, so when it comes to finding hidden gems for your portraits—or selecting the perfect backdrop for your ceremony—I’ve got you covered. From wildflower meadows near Sandy to alpine views at Timberline, I know this region like the back of my hand. I’ve had the honor of photographing weddings at iconic Oregon venues like Timberline Lodge, Abernethy Center, and The Troutdale House, giving me the experience to adapt to a wide range of lighting, locations, and timelines with ease. As we get closer to your wedding day, we'll work together to create a detailed timeline that ensures everything flows smoothly. I'll help you plan out your photography schedule, factoring in key moments like the ceremony, portraits, and reception. I’ll also coordinate with your other vendors to make sure we're all on the same page, so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the details. On the big day, I'll be there every step of the way, capturing all the beautiful moments and making sure everything goes according to plan.

Congratulations on booking your date – the adventure begins! If you’ve selected the luxury package, your engagement session is included at no extra cost. If not, you can still add a full engagement session to your package. This is a great opportunity for us to meet, get to know each other, and capture some beautiful memories before your wedding day!

After our consult call and once you’re ready to move forward, the next step is to sign the contract and pay the $500 retainer to secure your wedding date. I’ll send the contract for you to review and sign electronically. The retainer is required to lock in your date and will be applied toward your total package. Once that’s done, we can start bringing your vision to life!

I typically deliver your final edited photos within 4-6 weeks after your wedding, as I take the time to carefully curate and edit each image to reflect the beauty and emotions of your day. However, I know you're eager to relive the moments, so I also provide a 72-hour sneak peek with a few highlights from your wedding to tide you over while you wait for the full gallery. Once everything is ready, you'll receive an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.

how long will it take to get our photos delivered?

While I completely understand that not every couple wants to do a "first look" before the ceremony, and that's totally okay, I do recommend this as an option to my clients. Many couples love it because it helps calm nerves, gives you a moment to connect, and allows for more relaxed portraits afterward.
Plus, having a first look gives us more flexibility with the timeline, so we can take some beautiful photos of the two of you together before the ceremony and still leave plenty of time for your other wedding day moments.
Either way, I’m here to support whichever choice feels right for you.

Do you recommend a "first look" on the wedding day?

The exact timing depends on your specific schedule and preferences, and I’ll work with you to create a timeline that flows smoothly, ensuring you get the most beautiful and relaxed photos possible!
This typically includes time for getting ready shots, the first look (if you’re doing one), portraits of the couple and bridal party, family photos, and key moments during the ceremony and reception.

how many hours should we set aside for wedding photos?

While my main focus is on weddings and elopements, I do photograph corporate events on a case-by-case basis. If you're looking for someone to capture your event, whether it's a conference, team building, or any other corporate gathering, feel free to reach out! I’d be happy to discuss your specific needs and see how I can help.

My home base is in beautiful Oregon, where I’m lucky to be surrounded by stunning landscapes, from the coast to the mountains. While I do love to travel for weddings and elopements, Oregon will always be my home and my favorite place to document love stories!

No. I carefully select and edit the best photos that tell the most beautiful and authentic story of your day. This means you'll receive a curated collection of images that reflect the emotions, details, and moments that matter most, all professionally edited to ensure they look their absolute best. You can expect a mix of wide shots, close-ups, candid moments, and carefully composed portraits, all with the highest quality in mind.
